The World's Leading Trench Drain System

ACO Drain is the market leading modular trench drain system and is ideal for commercial applications varying from gas stations to airport.

ACO Drain systems consist of factory manufactured channel units made from either corrosion resistant polymer concrete or fiberglass, together with grates from a variety of materials for all loading applications. ACO Drain systems are available in 4”, 8”, 12” and 24” internal widths, and all systems are available with a built-in slope.

The ACO Drain product line is broken down into different product types – dependent on use.

1. Standard Products

KlassikDrain K100S/KS100S
The world’s most widely used modular trench drain is an interconnecting, general purpose 4” internal width drain system for both internal or external use. The system features an aesthetic, integrally cast-in, steel wearing edge. A wide range of grates in different styles are secured into the channel unit by the boltless locking “QuickLok” system.

PowerDrain S100K/S300K
An extra heavy duty trench drain system available in 4” and 12” internal widths. Each channel unit has a cast-in, ductile iron, wearing edge rail which provides support for the 200,000 lb (90 ton) load bearing grates. Grates are held captive by the unique “PowerLok” boltless locking system.
FlowDrain FG100/FG200
A lightweight 3.75 ” and 8” internal width system manufactured from corrosion resistant fiberglass. Each channel has a choice of steel grate supporting frames which are quick fixed to the channel units by means of push studs. A variety of grates are available for both sizes.

Fastform FF300/FF600
A 12” and 24” internal width trench forming system manufactured from 2 ply cardboard. Unlike Styrofoam forming systems, Fastform does not have EPA disposal issues and is shipped flat pack for economic freight.

2. Problem Solving Products

SlabDrain
For shallow slab areas where vertical depth is limited. SlabDrain is available with 3 different edge details and has a variety of grates for all load requirements.

ChemDrain
All of ACO’s polymer concrete trench drain systems are available manufactured from corrosion resistant Vinyl ester material. All systems are available with the SF sealing groove to aid joint sealing.
Brickslot
A discreet drainage solution for brick or stone pavers. The Brickslot subframe connects to the KlassikDrain K100S system.
Membrane Drain
A two part system for use in suspended slabs where a membrane is used. The top sub frame connects to the ACO Drain SlabDrain cast into the lower portion of the slab, sandwiching the membrane. Uses all available KlassikDrain grates.
MiniKlassik
A 2” internal width neutral system for high profile, aesthetic areas where hydraulics are not a factor, but a barrier is required to separate wet and dry areas.
Cross Sidewalk Drain
System designed to carry discharge from rainwater down pipes, or irrigation systems safely and discreetly across sidewalks to the curb. Type 6 and Roll curb profile available.
3. Catch Basins

Series 600 Catch Basins
A polymer concrete catch basin system for use with the polymer concrete ACO Drain trench drain product lines. A full range of accessories complement the 24” x 18” product.
Fiberglass Catch Basins
Manufactured from fiberglass to give a variety of outlet options to the fiberglass ACO Drain trench products. Two sizes are available, all with a complete range of accessories and lockable grates.
Sump Boxes
Three sizes of polymer concrete sump boxes and available for stand alone use, or in conjunction with ACO Drain trench drain systems.
