Foul Air Trap

A polypropylene foul air trap that fits into front or side of in-line catch basins. Rubber ‘O’ rings seal the trap into the catch basin (liquid soap is recommended to help ease trap into position). A coupler is required to connect Schedule 40 4” plain end pipe to underground pipe system.

Oval to Round Pipe Connection

Oval to round polypropylene adapter for bottom drill-out on 4” polymer concrete channels. Schedule 40 6” plain end can be solvent welded to underground pipe system. Seal to channel using appropriate flexible sealant.

Vertical Outlet Strainer

Strainer for 4” vertical outlets, prevents large particles of debris flowing into underground pipe system and causing blockages.

Installation Devices

The channel clamp sits at every channel joint along the run. The clamp fits around the profiled end detail and holds the joint tight. Rebar inserted at the sides is used to position channels. The clamp keeps the system level during concrete pour. One clamp is required for every channel joint.

Channel Hanger

The two-part channel hanger fits inside the locking bar recess and provides a quick and easy way to hang the system from 2 x 4’s. The hanger also braces the channel to prevent closing during concrete pour.

PowerLok Hanger

The two-part PowerLok hanger fits under the anti-shunt lugs on the rail. The hanger fits across the joint of two channels and assists in alignment. The hanger also braces the channel to prevent closing during concrete pour.
