Polymer concrete construction - offers
a highly durable curb, resistant to road
salts and other common road pollutants.
Polymer concrete is manufactured from
polyester resins reinforced with mineral
aggregates and fillers. It provides up to
four times the compressive strength of
cement concrete. Minimal water absorption
properties prevent freeze-thaw breakdown. |
 |
 |
One-piece unit - provides both a curb
and trench drain combined. No loose parts
that could create a hazard to drivers or
pedestrians. |
 |
Type 6 curb profile - matches profile of
most traditional cement concrete curbs to
ensure an aesthetic solution. |
 |
 |
Front impact testing - a number of
third party tests have been completed
to simulate vehicular impact. Front
face of curb withstands loads of up to
114lbs, dropped from a height of 6’-4”.
Also complies with AASHTO Standard
Specification for Highway Bridges - Section
3.14.2 Curb Loading.

Two inlets per 2-foot unit - provide an
open area of 8.71 sq. in. per linear foot.
Shipped with inlet plugs to prevent concrete
ingress during installation. |
 |
Hand-recesses - positioned at ends of
each unit, ensure a positive grip when
lifting. There are also two hand recesses on
rear, aligned with front inlet holes, to assist
during installation. |
|
 |
Neutral depth system - allows long
lengths between outlets. Grade and
catchment area will influence number of
outlets required. |
|

 |
Profiled front & back - increases
strength, reduces weight and holds unit
securely into concrete haunch. |
|
 |
Continuous water flow - certain parts do
not offer the ability to intake water but still
allow continuous flow of liquid, reducing the
number of pipe connections required. |
