Christian Science Plaza Restoration and Repair Project

ACO was specified by the landscape architect, CRJA-IBI Group in Boston.  The civil engineering firm was Nitsch Engineering in Boston.  The construction manager is Consigli Construction Co., Inc. and the grading subcontractor who actually purchased the ACO products was James W. Flett Co., Inc.

The project involved a great number of ACO products, including KS100 channels and custom Aquaduct FRP channels with stainless steel grate frames, but the real star of the show is the true radius Brickslot.  We have quoted this a few times over the years, but this was the first time we actually sold it and it turned out beautifully.  We anticipate this becoming a very popular product as we begin to actively market it as architects and landscape architects love curves.  We are able to produce it in whatever radius might be required, even as small as about 12”.

The inquiry dates back to November of 2016 and is supposed to be completed in November, and ACO was heavily involved in the design process.
