Green Bay Titletown Podium Landscape

This high-visibility mixed-use development for the Green Bay Packers consists of a variety of residential, office, and commercial uses that cap the Titletown development that emanates from Lambeau Field. The podium is a significant raised open space that occurs over surface parking and becomes a commons of sort for the adjacent residential and office uses.

Problem:

To collect and drain surface water from the location as quickly and efficiently as possible, the courtyard area required a 2" minimum drain depth.
