Dealerships & Gas Stations

Dealership and Gas Station drainage is designed to withstand the daily impact of vehicles driving over the grates and other environmental factors. ACO performs extensive testing on its products to ensure consistent quality and durability. ACO products are suitable for applications with constant traffic, heavy loads, and management of water and other mechanical fluids.

Products

Stormwater Management

General Purpose Drain

KlassikDrain

General Purpose Drains

Sloped, polymer concrete trench drain systems with steel edge rails. EN1433 A–E grate loading for commercial and industrial applications.

Heavy-Duty Drainage

PowerDrain®

Heavy-Duty Drains

Industrial-grade, sloped, polymer concrete trench drain systems with iron edge rail options. EN1433 A–F and additional 200k proof grate loading applications.

Shallow Depth Drainage

SlabDrain

Shallow Depth Drains

Constant depth, shallow invert, polymer concrete trench drain for sites with limited installation space. Variety of edge rails suiting many ACO Drain® grates.

High-Capacity Drainage

FlowDrain

Fiberglass Drains

Sloped, lightweight fiberglass trench drain system for long, uninterrupted trench runs. EN1433 A–E grate loading for commercial and industrial applications.

Multi-System Catch Basins

Sumps

Multi-System Catch Basins

Simple polymer concrete water collection unit with secure ductile iron grating, to be integrated into a trench drain system or used as a stand-alone drain.

Modular Water Storage

StormBrixx

Modular Water Tanks
StormBrixx is a geocellular stormwater storage solution designed to maximize capacity in areas with depth or space restrictions. Its modular, brick-bonding design ensures stability, while lightweight construction simplifies installation alongside existing utilities. Built for durability with a 50–60 year design life, StormBrixx offers reliable water management that reduces excavation needs and provides long-lasting performance in urban and industrial environments.
Monolithic Drainage

MonoBloc

Monolithic Drains

Grate-free polymer concrete channels built for high and heavy traffic. Monolithic build leads to increased security, stability, and EN1433 A–E load support.

High-Capacity Slotted

QMax

Slotted High-Capacity Drains

MDPE, high-capacity trench drain channels with heavy-duty slotted railing. EN1433 A–F loading supports projects such as airports (airside) with high demands.

Wastewater Treatment

Oil-Water Separators

Stormwater Treatment

Polymer concrete and polyethylene separators capable of removing oil and suspended solids from wastewater. Multiple capacities and flow rates available.

Spill Control

Spill Containment Curbs

Spill Retention

Durable, low-maintenance polymer concrete barrier for containing hazardous spills in industrial and chemical storage areas. Sloped for forklift traffic.

Case Studies

  • TravelCenters of America

    TravelCenters of America

ACO MonoBloc HD200 was installed at an Interstate 80 truck stop to provide heavy-duty drainage and spill control. The monolithic polymer concrete system resists hydrocarbons and deicing chemicals, with integral grates and an EN 1433 Class E600 load rating to withstand frequent braking and turning by heavy vehicles.

Considerations

Loading

  • Frequent car and truck traffic will require a drainage system and grate with a minimum Load Rating of  Class C or higher
  • For areas trafficked by fuel and/or delivery trucks, a system and grate with a minimum Load Rating of  Class E is recommended

Application

  • ADA compliant and/or slip resistant grates may be required in pedestrian access areas
  • Wastewater is likely to contain hydrocarbons and an oil/water separator may be required
