George Washington Elementary School is one of the five elementary schools in District 64. Washington educates students in Kindergarten through grade 5, with approximately 620 students averaging four to five homerooms per grade level.

ACO's StormBrixx® HD retention system was chosen because the project required 22,216 cubic feet of storage. StormBrixx® HD was configured with 2,967 body-half modules, 220 panels, 2,967 top covers, and 1,485 layer connectors. Installers reused the soil originally excavated for 14 inches of backfill.
