A empty 21,971-square-foot Beverly Hills lot on Carla Ridge needs to be updated with a new storm water management system.

Problem:

Because the location is a FEMA X Zone, some storm water management measures are necessary. The stormwater management system is required to ensure that flooding problems are addressed before they become a burden.

The ACO StormBrixx® HD detention system was built to replace a preexisting large-diameter pipe design that would have harmed nearby protected trees. The system has approximately 1,000 cubic feet of storage in a 6' by 30' footprint and is 95% storage efficient. The ACO StormBrixx® HD is HS25 traffic rated and has a continuous column design that enables for cover heights of up to 20 feet.
