Gigi's Place assisted living is a newly constructed home located on the outskirts of Miamisburg near the Austin Landing shopping mall.

Problem:

The facility is positoned at a scenic location, so keeping the construction footprint minimal while satisfying flooding prevention needs was essential for the staff and future residents.

ACO Solution:

• StormBrixx 900 SD (146,533 CF)

StormBrixx 900 SD system is a geocellular stormwater management system with high storage capacity and highly custom build options to minimize the necessary installation area. A sediment filtration tunnel was included in this build to minimize debris in the main tank.
