The office complex located in the city of Independence needed a solution for elimanting surface water ponds that accumulated at the entrance of the parking lot area.
Problem:
The region had previously installed a trench drain system, but not long after, the product collapsed and became a major safety hazard

PowerDrain S100K was chosen because of its simplicity of installation and proven endurance. PowerDrain is constructed of a robust yet lightweight polyester material — a resin binder reinforced by mineral aggregates and fillers. It has a compressive strength up to four times that of cement concrete. PowerDrain heavy duty trench system can withstand the constant flow of traffic coming in and out of the parking lot. S100K is a 4" wide system with choice of Class F (90 ton) slotted or ADA compliant longitudinal ductile iron grates.
