Lexington 7 Retail

Lexington 7, a 66,000-square-foot building with retail space aiming to create an entertainment destination with space for restaurants, a potential food hall, brewery, escape room, climbing gym or bounce house, fitness center and cycling studio.

Problem:

The project required a trench drain system that could withstand the constant movement from the frequent traffic that traverses the site.

Over 300 linear feet of ACO's K300 channels have been installed with Type 878Q grates. ACO's QuickLok® patented boltless locking system allows for the grates to be removed and maintained easily. The unique design provides a positive 'snap down' fit into a locking bar. ACO's Type 878Q grates are certified up to Load Class E (134,885 lbs) and are ADA-compliant.
