Stirling Road

Stirling Road

Cooper City, Florida

This project was designed to alleviate a flooding problem along a 2,000 foot stretch of Stirling Road in Cooper City, Florida

Problem:

Before the trench drain was installed on the south side of the road, ponding would occur in the grassy area along that side of the road during a rainstorm. During storms of longer duration, the water would eventually flood the roadways.

ACO Solution:
  • ACO Infrastructure
  • MonoBloc HD200

The newly installed MonoBloc HD200 has solved the problem and reduced the hazard to vehicles in that area.

ACO WaterCycle four rounded squares. Collect option highlighted in blue with clean, hold and reuse squares in grey.
  • MonoBloc HD 200

    • 8” internal width
    • Polymer concrete channels
    • Monolithic (no grates)
