The Porch is Sterling Bay's newest office destination in Fulton Market. The building's contemporary design has a dynamic wall of perforated metal screens that surrounds a 200-car parking garage. To accommodate the expected rise in journeys via ride-hailing services such as Lyft and Uber, the garage's entrance will have a designated drop-off zone.
Problem:
A trench drain system was required for the project to drain stormwater runoff and prevent ponding in the entrance area.
