Uptown Flats

Uptown Flats is a PA Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) project including 34 apartments located on 5th Ave., downtown Pittsburgh.

Problem:

A means of water detention was needed at the base of the project. However, multiple existing columns and utility structures complicated the area available for arch or tank installation.

ACO Solution:

ACO StormBrixx modules are designed for high customization, allowing for tanks to be built around existing structures and layers to be stacked to increase capacity in a limited space.
