MonoBloc

Monolithic Drains

MonoBloc is a series of monolithic trench drain systems designed for strength, stability, and performance in high-traffic areas. Its single-piece polymer concrete channels eliminate weak points, providing long-term durability even under heavy loads and constant vibrations.

Easy to install and maintain, MonoBloc delivers dependable stormwater removal where drainage must perform directly in the flow of traffic, making it ideal for demanding industrial and transportation applications:

  • Highways and interstates
  • Truck stops and gas stations
  • Race tracks
  • Industrial parks
  • Container ports
  • Distribution depots
  • Toll booths

Monolithic Ingenuity

MonoBloc’s single-piece construction provides unique benefits over removable-grate systems, especially in applications where the drainage cannot be positioned outside the flow of traffic:

  • Solid build
  • High structural strength
  • Excellent load and hydraulic capacities
  • No loosening from vibrations
  • No grates outside of access channels
  • Quick installation reduces road closures
  • More economical than grated systems

MonoBloc channels are made from durable, high-strength polymer concrete, which is non-flammable and highly resistant to chemicals, surface abrasions, and weathering. Slots on the HD series provide high intake, and all series include a 0.5%-0.6% sloping system for increased flow.

Made in USA

All MonoBloc channels are designed and manufactured within the US, including plants in Arizona and Ohio. Along with compliance with the Build America Buy America Act and pride in our material and build quality, this allows for rapid production and delivery to any jobsite within the continental United States.

Durability and Compliance

Manufactured in the USA, MonoBloc meets rigorous AASHTO HS-20 and HS-25 load conditions. Each system provides a reliable and enduring stormwater management solution, aligning with sustainable infrastructure goals.
